Celebrating Women
In the 2021-22 academic year, Providence College celebrated 50 years of women undergraduates. The first class to include women arrived as first-year students in the fall of 1971. Since then, the remarkable achievements and ever-growing legacies of Friar women have transformed Providence College forever for the better.
